As I mentioned in my other post, today was my shoulder workout. I find the best time to do my cardio is straight after I finished my weight training. There is much debate over what time is best to do cardio. Many believe in the morning on an empty stomach but some people, like my self prefer to do it straight after a weight training session. This is because your glycogen stores are already running low due to your weight training and therefore you can yield great results from doing your cardio straight afterwards. Today I did 25 minutes cardio on a fairly high intensity on the bike and burnt roughly 270 calories. Thanks for reading and I hope your diet and training is going well.
